Delivery Time

  • Brown Bag (Private) Limited aims to process and dispatch the order within 24 hours after order confirmation; however, delays might occur in case of any unseen or uncertain circumstances.
  • For order confirmation, you are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our representatives can reach you.
  • The estimated shipping time for orders delivery across Pakistan is 4-5 working days.
  •  During the event of promotions, delivery time may exceed due to high volume of orders.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges By Leoperd Courier (Express Delivery)   300 Rs per KG

Delivery Charges Via Pakstan Post Office UMS Service ( Normal Delivery)  200 Rs per KG

For a limited time, delivery is Free for Orders above 3,500 Rs. 

Order Tracking

  • Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the courier.
  • You can track your parcel through the tracking number on respective courier website mentioned in the email.
  • If you do not receive any email, please email us at [email protected], or inbox us at our official Facebook/Instagram page.

Order Amendments

  • You can revise your order upon the confirmation call made by our customer representatives or you can contact us before your order is processed.
